Jeremiah J. Lee focuses his business law practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, secured and mezzanine financings, commercial real-estate leases and transactions, real-estate syndication, general business matters, estate planning, and nonprofit law. He is an associate in Best Best & Krieger LLP’s Business Services practice group.

Jeremiah graduated cum laude from Pepperdine University School of Law, where he was a faculty scholar and the editor-in-chief of the Journal of Business, Entrepreneurship & the Law. While in law school, he served as an extern to the Honorable Otis D. Wright II in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and interned in London, U.K. under the local general counsel for an international investment management firm.

Prior to beginning his legal career, Jeremiah worked in San Francisco as an analyst with a global management consulting firm and earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. Jeremiah also holds an associate’s degree in theology from Calvary Chapel Bible College.

Jeremiah volunteers as a pro bono attorney with the Inland Empire Latino Lawyers Association, is a member of the PICK Group and is a member of the Regional Advisory Board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Inland Empire. Jeremiah is a third-generation native of Riverside where he continues to reside with his wife and children.
